This year, Hungary will support communities in staying in their home country with a total of HUF 1.4 billion.

Through the Hungary Helps Program, Hungary is supporting programmes worth HUF 1.4 billion in 25 countries this year to help communities stay in their local area.

The strategy of „bringing everyone to Europe” has failed in recent years. Instead, everyone should be helped to stay at home, where they live.

The Hungary Helps Program has so far supported communities in 50 countries around the world to stay put by improving schools, hospitals and infrastructure.
