The Hungary Helps Program encompasses the full range of humanitarian and international development activities of the Hungarian government. According to the Act CXX of 2018 on the Hungary Helps Program, this framework Program includes the activities specified by Act XC of 2014 on International Development Cooperation and International Humanitarian Assistance as well as provides donations targeting the most vulnerable communities.
